Submit

Send your documents and brief through the website. We confirm receipt the same day and flag any questions immediately. No ambiguity at the start means fewer delays at the end.

Match

We assign the project to a translator with direct subject experience in your document type. Academic papers go to translators who have published academic work. Financial statements go to those with accounting backgrounds.

Translate

Translation followed by a separate internal review pass. The reviewer is a different linguist, also subject-competent. Any terminology decisions are documented in a project file which is available on request.

Deliver

Files delivered in the same format you sent, plus a clean PDF. A five-day window for corrections within the original brief, included at no extra charge. You can also request a terminology report for internal use.
